How to prepare a river:
Just add water!
...Well…maybe it’s not that simple…
It might help to add a bit of vegetation
Oh, and a critter or two,
To help move things along.
Now be careful when mixing it together,
A little too much of one would spoil the dish.
Instead mix the water with the vegetation,
Just until they stabilize.
And when you feel the time is right,
Add a bit of life.
And that, is how you make a river, or how I hope you would. Not sure, it was a bit early when we made these. I did my best to keep it as basic as possible, since I'm keen on specific name or anything like that.
As the day went on, we went kayaking on the Little Miami river. We were told while we were kayaking, to take a moment to listen more deliberately. When I stopped to listen, I heard the water splashing against my kayak, it was rough, but peaceful. It really put me at ease and made the rest of the trip a little more relaxing.
